No Refunds

All services are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds.

Service Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to correct or adjust the service at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled in advance will not be charged. However, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and will not qualify for a refund.

Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any preferences, concerns, allergies, or hair conditions before the service begins.

Results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and maintenance. We are not responsible for issues that occur after the service due to improper care.
